If you choose to not purchase insurance then once the product is in the hands of the shipper, we have done everything we can. If they lose it or it’s not delivered or damaged, we didn’t do it. You will need to take it up with the shipper. If you purchase insurance, then we will handle everything about getting the product to you. Standard insurance for USPS is $50.00 and for UPS and FedEx is $100.00. We do not mark shipping up. You pay what we pay. We do not charge handling charges. Just actual shipping charges.
